Dr. Louis Lynn, Chairman

Company founder, Dr. Louis B. Lynn grew up in Darlington County before graduating from Clemson University. He has been a member of the Clemson University Board of Trustees since 1988 and continues to serve as Adjunct Professor of Horticulture. Dr. Lynn is the director of the National Board of BB&T bank, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, national board member of the American Horticulture Society, national board member of the National Association of Minority Contractors and serves as a Commissioner on the South Carolina Workforce Development Board. Dr. Lynn has over 37 years of experience in all aspects of landscape and construction activity from corporate office administration to project management. His talent to develop and implement project schedules is a major component in keeping complex projects on track. He has a proven record of taking projects from start to finish under budget and under time. Under his leadership ENVIRO AgScience, Inc. is recognized for its commitment to “Social and Civic” Responsibility.

 

Dr. Krystal Conner, CEO

Dr. Conner drives the strategic visions and goals for continued long-term growth. This includes spearheading the development of international joint ventures. Her travels have extended from Canada to Brazil and Ghana, as she works to expand the company’s reach from domestic partnerships to global relationships. Before joining ENVIRO, Conner served as Grady Health System’s chief of pharmacy. During her five-year tenure at Grady, the administrator was responsible for the health system’s pharmaceutical program, including oversight of pharmaceutical staff and development of policies and procedures that enforced the quality and safety of pharmacy services. Dr. Conner graduated cum laude from Mercer University with a Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Fort Valley State University in 1999. While at FVSU, Conner was a Cooperative Developmental Energy Program scholar, president of Eta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and volunteered for various campus initiatives, such as Habitat for Humanity.

Adrienne Lynn Sienkowski, COO

Mrs. Sienkowski is responsible for driving the strategic and operational goals. She has provided executive level oversight all ENVIRO’s projects since 2011. She has been responsible for working with project managers to deliver accurate project estimates, subcontracts, supply agreements, project closeouts and invoicing. During her 15-year career prior to joining ENVIRO, she worked as a packaging expert for industry giants Campbell Soup Company and Sonoco Products Company. At Campbell Soup Company, Lynn progressively moved up to lead the North American Food Service division as Senior Program Manager. As the senior program manager, Lynn was responsible for innovating new packaging solutions and supporting cost saving initiatives. Prior to joining Campbell, Lynn worked as a research and development engineer at Sonoco Products Company, where she helped develop the iconic composite can for Pringles and Pillsbury. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University. She serves on the Board of Visitors for Clemson University, is an active member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals and serves as an alumni representative on the Clemson Packaging Advisory Board.

 

Bryan Lynn, Manager, Facilities

Mr. Lynn has over 8 years in the landscaping industry and worked in supervisory positions for large-scale grounds maintenance projects, including a recent assignment as Foreman at 42 public school campuses in the Richland County School District Two. He attended high school in Richland County and earned an A.A.S. Environmental Horticulture Technology in Landscape Design and Grounds Maintenance from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia.
